Talise at Home is a private dinner service offered during our off-season while the restaurant is closed from November-April.
HOW IT WORKS
Choose a minimum of 3 courses from the options below
Select a dish from each course
Specify any changes you would like to make (we will do our best to accommodate depending on availability)
Inform us of any allergies in the group
Our team will arrive on site up to 2 hours prior to dinner service
We will cook, serve, and clean up after the meal
M E N U
Option A: Raw - $25/person
tuna tartare with endive and a pickled chili aioli
scallop crudo with asian pear and citrus
northern halibut ceviche with a oaxacan pepper sauce and lettuce cups
lobster cocktail with a citrus-ginger vinaigrette *30
Option B: Seasonal Salad - $17/person
beet, avocado, citrus salad with a ginger vinaigrette and torn herbs
roasted squash panzanella with clothbound cheddar cheese, creme fraiche, and a mustard-red wine vinaigrette
chicory salad with caramelized cabbage, pinenuts, and a creamy pecorino dressing
Option C: Pasta Mid-Course - $25/person
spicy clam bucatini with muscadet, pecorino, and breadcrumbs
rigatoni with a heritage pork bolognese and parmigiano
butternut squash agnolotti with brown butter, sage, and hazelnuts
Option D: Entree
Local Fish - $45/person
slow baked northern halibut with a vadouvan carrot puree, spinach, and a brown butter jus
seared rare tuna with garlicky polenta, beets, and an apple-fennel salsa
Meat - $35-$55/person
braised grass fed beef short ribs with garlicky polenta, butternut squash, and red wine jus
pork milanese with potato puree, roasted cabbage, and arugula
ribeye steak frites with fried onion rings and purple mustard

Includes prep, dinner service, clean up, and travel for all working staff
Up to 6 dinner guests: $550
7-10 dinner guests: $750
11-16 dinner guests: $950
